Hilarious nonsense.
Firstly, CCP membership is quasi-compulsory in China, just like Nazi Germany and Stalinist Russia. Most people are members whether they want to be or not, and it doesn't really mean anything unless they're a party official with power and influence.
Secondly, CCP membership does not = Chinese spy. Regular, everyday Chinese people get regular jobs in other parts of the world, just like everyone else. The fact that they're CCP members is irrelevant, and does not constitute 'infiltration.' There's a lot of ex-pat Tory voters in Spain; would you say the Tories have 'infiltrated' Spain? Pure nonsense.
CCP membership is around 92 million. That's a lot of people but far from being "most people" when the population is 1.4 billion.
