Hamilton did say that he wasn't 100% happy with the upgrades this weekend, could explain the lack of pace? I also suspect a conservative quali to allow additional gains in the race.

Anyway, Vettel and Hamilton in the same team would never happen - Marko would never let anyone in the team who could possibly challenge the golden boy.

Maybe because he finally got to mimic his idol by wearing his yellow helmet with red overalls in a McLaren.
 
Will be interesting to see how the next few races pan out, because so far it has become a bit of a joke how Webber just happens to suffer from most of the problems. I can't help but feel bad for Mark, suffering from all of these problems (which will pronbably persist for most of the season) and then getting dropped. The problem is I just can't see them letting Vettel/Webber race this year after the events of last year. This is all made worse by the fact that it just looks like RBR are using this as an excuse not to use the KERS system.

Oh well, see you all after the race tomorrow!
 
It does seem strange that Vettel is able to use KERS (when he needs it, for example during qualifying and off the start line in the race), yet Webber, is prohibited from using it.

It's convenient because it keeps Webber out of Vettel's way, without RBR needing to issue explicit team orders.

He ruined his new set of hard tyres pretty quickly last race - and on Friday he said a set of softs were completely done after a single lap, so I wouldnt bet on it just yet if I were you :)
 
Up with the baby. That's the last 3 I've watched live with her. Dunno who she supports mind :p
 
I am here, with a very sore throat from screaming at the ref at football yesterday. Will try not to cough all over the place, can someone make me a cuppa please? :)
