I've recently stopped buying cigarettes due to the price and switched to rolling tobacco.

It's saving me a lot of money and I have cut down. Tis a shame my friend is no longer cabin crew for Virgin though

A friend of mine used to badger me for paying 8.99 or so a month for playing wow. When they would smoke 10 a day. He couldn't grasp that his habit cost more and was disgusting.

True but smoking makes you look 30% cooler, WoW has the exact opposite effect.

It probably costs more money to extend the lives of smokers/heavy drinkers (through the NHS, once the cancers or liver and heart problems kick in) than they pay in tabacco/alcohol taxes.

I smoke 0 a day and it costs me £0 a week. It's difficult to budget sometimes but I manage.

If I'd smoked 40 a day I'd probably end up ill in hospital by the end of the week, let alone 80 a day.

I want to see more pubs ban this vaping nonsense too. Not nice sitting at the bar and some cloud of flavoured chemicals waft past your face from the bloke standing next to you. Just as bad as cigarette smoke.

Quit smoking in 2011. Never looked back.

Because vaping is healthy isn't it. Buying those cheap imported liquids I see on market stalls where you have no idea what is actually in them. Probably topped up with weed killer and rat poison.

I used to smoke but quit about 10 years ago, very militant anti-smoker. I really don't get the problem with vaping. I don't own any vapers, but love trying the different flavors and can partake on occasion, they truelly are a god-send for a lot of my ex-smoker friends, they no longer stink or pose a health and fire hazard when I'm around them.

Oh and I can get a packet of 20 for fiver from the local polish shop if I really wanted (but I don't because smoking fags is rank)

No way. It stinks! There was nothing worse than asking for a none smoking table in a restaurant, just to be sat next to a table full of stinkers. There was never any point in showering before you went out pubbing and clubbing either because you would still wake up stinking like a dirty smoker. If I'm a sanctimonious anti smoking nobhead, then so be it, I'm happily that!! You're a smelly retard who will most likely drop dead at an early age from a smoking related disease. *Tips hat*

My work includes Vaping as smoking and has banned it inside. If you want to do it join the real smokers at the smoke shelter. Pubs and clubs should do the same.

I wonder how many people will still think like this if they find themselves close to death in their 60s due to lung cancer.. never going to see their grand kids grow up or miss their daughters wedding day all because they think that inhaling some smoke while having a pint is a good idea.

That's why you buy from a reputable vendor, not the dodgy market seller? :confused:
