Guess they didn't factor BST into the equation or something. I'm going to bed - firstly F1 2010 turns out to be awful and now I cant even play 10 mins of Civ before bed.

Its meant to make it more strategic.

I know but they could have rather limited it to say 5 or even 10 to a tile, just feels wrong only one per tile

The rest of the world, including Steam - points to huge NOW AVAILABLE image on the Steam front page - and the official 2K forums thread says it will be released at midnight, which was 24 mins ago.

I've been robbed and I want my 24 mins back!
