There is nothing like the feeling of being strong and fit. It is a goal we should all strive for.
Step one - stop eating junk food, ALL of it.
For this for 2 weeks, eat only this
bowl of porridge for breakfast
chicken salad for lunch
steak and grilled veg for dinner
one piece of fruit
No coke, no bread, no potatoes, no kebab, no biscuits with your tea, no crisps between meals, no snacking whatsoever (I MEAN IT!) The above is all you eat.
Feel free to substitue chicken with tinned tuna, steak with grilled chicken or salmon or even pork chops.
Don't eat anything process, anything that comes in a plastic bag. Drink only water. You won't die ! Prisoners in concentration camp would consider that a feast and they survived on a LOT less doing hard labour. You can live on that easy sitting at home playing video games.
Try it for 2 weeks, if you don't lose weight I'll go eat my hat.
so oxy, if you really want to change go downstairs throw all your sugary crap/sweets/biscuits/ice cream and crap like that in the bin and take a photo with "ocuk, i start today 18/10/2012"

I will eat tomorrow:

sandwich
apple
orange
Then I am going to my parents for the weekend so I will only eat her healthy cooking.
I will only drink water!
I can't. It's like an illness. I think I will be dead by 40 at this rate. I just can't stop, I have nothing in my life apart from work and food.

You really want to lose weight, yet you can't even be bothered to find out what a sensible diet is.
Because I'm nice, I'll help you. Find out want your basic daily calorie needs are. First hit on google:

Aim to eat slightly less calories (200ish) more than you use per day. You will lose weight. Adding to this, try to get as few calories as possible from carbs, including pasta, potatoes and bread.
The weight will practically fly off.

I'll be more honest I also like to do a cruise of fast food joints... I start at McDonalds and buy a big mac and chicken sandwich for starters, then it's off to KFC for a fillet burger with normal mayo and a twister, then I polish it off with a burger king burger.
I hate myself.
