Its not stable and high temps but I've been playing and so far on air I've got:

Not bad, shame I cant keep it like that but shows you what the processor can do.

Temps idle using a Freezer 7 Pro are:

55-52-48-48

Hi Realist m8

The chip has a some nice OC head room. Can you save your present OC in the OC profile and drop the multi to x6 and over clock to find the maximum FSB capability of the motherboard and post back your results.

Ummmm sorry guys I cant remember the settings now, back to 3200 until I get the temps sorted.

I purchased more wet & dry so soon Im going to have a go again at lapping the cpu and cooler just in case thats a problem area.

If I remember the settings, I will drop the multi back to 6 and report back asap.

Start raising the FSB for the OC

Realist can you set the following voltages in the Bios:

CPU Voltage Multiplier to x 1.078
NB Voltage to 1.5V
CPU VTT Voltage to 1.5V
PLL Voltage to 1.8v

I would but the standard P5k mobo dont have those settings.

Ok. Back off the Fsb in increments of 10mHz until you can successfully boot back in to windows and post back the FSB and Vcore V seen in the Bios
