COD Black Ops looks pretty good on PC

lol avoid the tin of black ops server... their admins don't believe you can spot someone is cheating from the kill/spec cam... apparently "if it was possible VAC would never fail"... muppets. Was quite obvious one guy was insta snapping to target and with my experience (anyone with any decent playing experience as well) I could tell another guy was wall hacking even tho his score wasn't that great.
 
I think the fact that 24/7 Nuke servers are most popular with this game speaks volumes about the game and player base....

I can honestly think of nothing worse...
 
seems that create a class is b0rked today,every time i create one then click back to head on a server , it "updates" stats then the class is reset to default................

Had a similar problem. I reset all classes back to default and it worked for me, could create after that. You've already purchased so you can get classes back to your taste.

This, after thinking this game could/should have been so much more than it is, it goes to show how little effort is needed from the developers which in-turn probably goes a long way to explaining why so many new games under achieve, after all the posts about the maps being too small and poor spawn points, the most popular servers are running the smallest, worst looking map 24/7.

My server has been sitting pretty much empty for a week or so now so after reading this I put it on 24/7 nuke down, went to make a sandwich and I swear to god it filled up in less than 5 mins.....

I hate the map but better it be full on that than sit empty on a mix of maps.
 
It must be because Nuke is something of a rapid-fire round, with lots of kills and deaths, meaning that noobs will play it to quickly level up and get access to better weapons.
 
the only reason they play it is to rank up fast as anyone can get kills on it where as on other larger maps they might not get as many points.

im waiting for mod tools then all ranked servers will be empty ;)

Not the only reason. It is fun in its own right, I would play that map a lot even if there was no ranking or unlock system (like COD2).

Just had two disconnections from your POS server ;)

Both matches were halfway through and then got the pic of a network cable until it disconnected. Rejoined and everyone else had been cut off too. We played another complete match, then halfway through the next one it did the same. I also noticed I dropped back one rank and some of my previous achievements were also set back.
 
I bet you all the people crying at nuke town are the one's who get utterly owned and constantly spam what ever voice comm there on with "What the hell, na not having that" bla bla!!

End of the day all the new games out are utter rubbish.... i have no desire to play any other game atm bar the occational hour or so on nuke town... For the record we do have other TFU server in COd which run different modes but they dont fill up :(

As i said the guys in the clan:
Playing nuke town is like sleeping with a prostitiute, you know it wrong but most of us enjoyed

Nuketown is awesome if the other team are total noobs.

M60 extended mag (one giant 200 round belt)

The anti explosion perk and the bullet penetration perk.

Hide behind the jeep and just spray down walls, doors, windows via UAV or SR71 and any noob that dares come near you.

B52 on the list for the full team lol bombing run rinse and try to repeat.

Must be nooby other team tho cos its easy to be shot if you have a clue.
