btw, I don't even know what era this game is set in. I've watched zero gameplay footage of this. What decade is this set in?

True and I bet they are trying to increase the revenue they got from MW2 as people are now on the "band wagon" and it is been released across platform again.

I may get this if the single player is good and long... anyone know if its meant to be?

But not at 40 will be waiting until its sub 30 and a hard copy only

I doubt the single player will be more than 5 hours or so.

As for getting a hard copy, you do realise it would still use Steam anyway and have no resale value etc.

Its set in the cold war era. Its all made up history to make communist russia look evil and the americans look like heroes saving the world as usual really. Sure ill still have some fun with the single player but its multi i love about it

Reason for hard vopy, my max internet speed is 90KBps

Probably give it a miss

i even doubt it'll be 5 hours of SP. 3-4 hours looks dead certain.. Im sure MW2 was like 4 hours?

MW2 took me 6 hours.

yup I finished it in 4 hours medium. it had spec ops as well though. that lasted a while

If you do it on veteran takes a fair bit longer imo. I tend to do most games on the hardest setting now straight away, makes it last longer.

true puppetmaster but some games make it insanely difficult, yep I finished on hard as well added about an extra 2-3 hours due to some sections feeling nails and repeatedly dying. I always prefer medium, I like to be the one dishing out the damage!

i agree took me around 9-10 hours to complete mw2 on veteran

Playing COD games on the hardest setting is dumb when the enemies respawn and most the time a grenade rolls up to you without you knowing about it. Its not hard, its just not fair.

Play for fun I say.
