It's a 50 min drive for me and I'll be on my own, never done anythign like this before but what's their to be scared of. A room full of people loving Amiga!

I have hunted my Dads loft a few times to try and find my old Amiga 500. But I think my Mum sold it years ago and never told me. I still remember sitting open mouthed watching the intro to Shadow of the Beast when I 1st got it.

Similar thing happened to me. I had an Amiga 500 and 1200 but the 500 is gone :(

I was probably asked "Which of these is better?" then the poor old A500 went off to the car boot

I've got a 500 and a 600, has anyone ever bought any of the memory expansion kits from Amiga Kit online? I'm tempted to buy the 512k expansion for the 500.

Use to live in Chipping Sodbury, just off Cotswold Road near St John's primary school. This would have been around the early 90s, would catch a bus to Bristol every morning for school at St Mary Redcliffe. Those were the days, friend of mine had a C64 and shortly after that the A1200 came out.

It was a great meet. My aim was to complete Shadow Of the Beast 1. I did it with unlimited lives. I kept on failing at SOTB2 as you can get into situations which you can't get out of.

I also demonstrated video capture and caught up with people.

The buffet food was epic.
