Coolermaster ATCS case pics

I know it's a new case, but it's still an ATCS ;) I have an ATCS 840 :)

Only photo I have of it currently :(

I tossed my black widow into a skip about 2 months ago :(

Was very battered and past its returement date, shame really. They really do not make cases like they used to, if they made a modern day equivanlent that looked the same with revised cooling i'd buy it in a snap.

This thread makes me happy. :)

My 201 was rehomed with my younger brother last Christmas, he's always admired the case and longed for something similar. Seeing as his birthday was near Christmas anyway, I dusted it off and built him a machine so he could get into PC gaming/modding.

Makes me happy to know that 10 years on, someone is getting as much pleasure as I did out of it when I first bought it.

Little hint btw: AutoGlym SRP does wonders for the finish on the painted sides. :D

Still using my CM110. Really wish I hadn't lost my non-windowed panel now, I think my mum threw it out years ago

Going to buy a sheet of aluminium with small venting holes in it and replace the window with that.

I also managed to get a S4000, these were the server grade cases.

Using it as in my LackRack (cheap Ikea table called 'Lack' that fits rackmount servers perfectly!)

I still use mine, excellent case with fantastic cooling. My side panels are a bit dented though from when I moved house. :(. It's currently housing an i5 though. No need to change it does the job great.

wow these are some amazing cases for being made so long ago. I see so much nodding potential. I must have one....off to eBay!

Good luck with that, they don't come up all that often being so old. Advantage is that when they do they are pretty cheap, considering back in the day they were £150+

Just did a search on ebay and as far as I can see there is not a single Coolermaster ACTs case for sale :(

My 110 has been sat for nearly 2 years now doing nothing, must get round to putting it up for sale soon.

Got two of the cd drive covers also I think.

Going to dig them out now you've set me off :)

Out of interest, what coolers (besides stock) did/do you run in your 201s?

I ended up with an Arctic Freezer Pro 7 as it was the best I could wedge in there and directed straight out of the rear 80mm.

My 210c VX1 has had everything from water cooling to a freezer 7 pro in it. Currently it has a stock amd cooler and an x6 1090t.

There's also a 201 on eBay at present (original brown panelled version).

That's the one I had. :)

Best bet is to run watercooling with a couple of 80x1 rads.

But pretty much any of the lower height coolers will fit fine.

I had an old Astek Waterchill in mine, CPU + NB. Ended up mounting the rad externally as to avoid dicing the case up.

Whilst I think of it, the Coolermaster.nl web shop had the old spares on there a couple of years back. Managed to buy all new grilles, new USB front panel with headphones/firewire, new blanks etc.. However I've just checked again now, and they appear to have stopped (unless my searching skills fail me). :(

I was looking for a non-windowed side panel for mine many years ago... gave up as my google foo is full of fail.
