Ahh well, I can wait for 7nm Zen. I'd rather give AMD the money anyway tbh.
Im going to squeeze another 200Mhz out of my 4690K anyway as it's coming into winter. So I will feel like I have a new CPU lol.

Probably the best idea buddy, i think Intel are heading down a rocky road at the moment, AMD will beat them to the next process shrink, and will more than likely surpass them in performance, and i think there will be a refresh of AMD 7nm before Intel surpass their current 14nm stuff on 10nm... it could be 2-3years before Intel beat AMD in the desktop market again.
 
They equate a R7 2700 Oc'ed to 4.2 to a R7 2700X for testing. They compared to other cpus oc'ed to 5GHz? This is the same guy who called out PT. lol

2700X at 4.2 is faster than 2700 at same speed.... Oc3d had run such benchmarks 6 months ago....
