Cost of Living - Shrinkflation is speeding up at an alarming rate

Low number of hours
Increased council tax
Mortgage
Energy prices
Food prices
12500 tax allowance isn't increased so if I did overtime I'll reach the tax limit quicker.

I'm virtually breaking even until the mortage is paid off, luckily it's not that far away.

Having just read this, i'm trying to reconcile your low wage with your very expensive tastes in Hi Fi and AV products. The two just do not compute

and this is where the problem starts. Cutbacks required. People just need to stop purchasing the fancy things in life and relax a bit. Adjust.

No way could have kids, car on crap pay even full time with overtime still wouldn't be enough also with tax takes that back down so working one day for nothing
