He has been included in an internal email accidentally. Unprofessionally. His data has been mishandled. And fortunately he got it but evidently anyone else could have been mistyped or mistook onto it.
Its a Data Protection Fault. And how else can you tell? They called him!!! Because they know! It is a Data breach. Also may I add his internal email has been sent externally fortunately to him. But still a data breach. Also it contains the internal comments on it. So yep have a very boring read on Data Protection in the civil service it is very comprehensive.

I see someone else called you out on it. The council phoned him up because they were likely embarrassed about their reply.

"but evidently anyone else could have been mistyped or mistook onto it." - yes good luck getting that to stand up in court.

Not going to lie, I don't think even the Dailymail would publish this as an outrage piece.

There is something wrong in the world when people are getting this worked up and angry about a very short and completely vague sentence. I mean, if people saw some of the stuff that I have written about people I work for/with they would have a field day.

Grow up, move on and stop trying to find fault and outrage in everything. Its genuinely one of the worst and most toxic parts of modern society. I wouldn't even be that bothered if it was patently rude. People are idiots and say and do things that they wouldn't want others to hear.

I would wager (but correct me if I am wrong) that you have said some choice things about the people handling the case teenwolf. Things you wouldn't put in an email to them? Thats life. Move on and focus on the actual issue rather than some supposed slight that you have probably imagined.

do you tell your kids they are disabled all the time? you mention it in every post. Look past the disability to the person.

And maybe Jacqui really is very poorly, I feel you've mocked her slightly in earlier posts which would be inappropriate. Jacqui or Christine may have a disabled child or an infirm partner and things may be getting on top of them too.

have emailed the housing asking for it to appealed and they are complying so see how it goes.

who are you

well if i have that attitude my disabled kids wont get a look in will they.

What, the attitude that you are trying to get housing for your family and that is your prime and only focus? I don't see how that would be a bad thing. Trying to play the victim because you have decided that an innocuous mistake from someone who is almost certainly underpaid and overworked is silly. What are you hoping this will do other than cause misery to another human going about their job?

Their e-mail isn't slandering you or your family in anyway, it could mean anything.

They could be saying there is a lot here to address, your e-mail is hard to read, you were requesting something unreasonable. Hell, it could mean they are exasperated with the situation as well.

Keep plugging away but I don't think outrage because of receiving this will help.

not doing her job is the issue.

Thats not what you are taking issue with though. If she is not doing her job then fine, you can try and escalate that but the issue that seems to have started all this is an email sent by mistake that has no relevance.

Services are swamped, run by idiots and underfunded. This sort of thing can be very frustrating and stressful, I appreciate that. Focus on the job at hand though, not the mistakenly sent email.

My 2 cents.

Some of the responses here are appaling. If the OP has disabled kids and is trying to get their living arrangements to be suitable for the kids disabilities then I totally understand why the OP is angry and frustrated especially if they have provided all the evidence needed. If this is the case then the email response is belittling, disparaging and disregarding the OPs needs, regardless of if this was an internal or external email. It's effectively saying "sigh look at this email/reponse, take a deep breath before you deal with this ****"

However.....we are missing a load of context. If the op sent an all caps or rage enduced response following being declined or the op isnt providing the right paperwork and they are getting tired of retreading over the same ground over and over then i can 100% udnerstand the attitude in the email.

Problem for them is they now look unprofessional, unsympathetic and lack any understanding, regardless of if they are in the right or wrong for that response. It allows the OP to weaponise this with their seniors, local mp or local newspaper. If i was in the OP's position and I was 100% sure i had provided everything they had asked as evidence, would i weaponise this and take advantage of it... yes of course.

Hi no capitals just an email after every decision asking why ?
you have to upload evidence through there portal about everything which we have done so.

in a job like they have joking aside sure, but not where vulerable peoples well being are at stake here.

i am just the voice and trying to see my children be happy and live a normal life the best i can.

just seems we have been fobbed off and that email from her in mistake says it all.

The whole situation sounds far from ideal.

Surely just an email back in this case saying "I don't think this was meant for me. Please ensure that you check who you're sending to..." would suffice? The email is vague at most.
