Short session this morning because I was knackered from a late night call with TalkTalk...
BACK SQUATS (3s) 135-135-135 Tapering down for a pair of triples on the weekend, and some 1RM fun to reset my cycle.
Nothing else due to lack of time. Oh, and 10 miles cycling against a head wind of questionable parentage. And then RideWithGPS didn't even log.

Well, 1RM squats followed by front squats would ruin your legs just as much I imagine.
Imperial century = 100 mile ride... I'm sure you can work out what a double is based on that info
Slickers tyres on your bike sounds good. Can't say I'd want to commute on a full suspension MTB (or any kind of MTB). Must take about twice as much energy to make that thing move compared to a road bike
