Random session because of working late, so got to play in the work gym with nobody to disturb... :D

JERK (1) 70(2)-90-100-110-120-120 Well, that was interesting. 100kg felt a bit ropey, but it would seem more weight settled things down, somehow. Pretty happy with that! :cool: Second 120kg needed pressing back out because it bounced, indicating 125/130kg is there with a bit of practise...
PUSHPRESS (5) 70(3)-60-60-60 CNS was unimpressed with 70kg...
PUMP WORK... All.

Not the most muscularly taxing session, but crikey I felt zapped! Whole chicken and fries from Nandis to help, however...

Second 120kg...

 
Have felt pretty dull over the past few days... Like a cold without the runny nose.

BACK SQUATS (5) 120-120-120 Unracking felt like a 1RM, but braced up and chalked up five for three... Could probably have managed 6 but am not pushing. Will take next week as it comes.
SAVICKAS (8) 40-50-50 This dullness doesn't affect bro stuff, it would seem... Might try for a bench PB... :rolleyes: Happy with that weight, however! :)

Not sure what is going on with my squatting: it is as though I don't feel pumped to go to the gym. :eek: :( Will take it easy next week and see how it goes.
 
Mobility is one thing with which I don't have too many problems... I just lack strength. :D :(

I say that sitting outside my work gym, watching bros watching other bros bench and curl...

Nice, complete and enjoying the calorie supercharging over the Christmas holidays. Will be limiting my Olympic stuff to technical work over the next few weeks to get squat-tastic and strong overhead... And we'll see how it goes.
