A lot of the time it can be the bosses pushing the people to go into work and then they complain when the other workers catch it and go off workWhy do people insist in coming into work with a cold?
It's the fear of going through disciplinary.. Majority of employers, including mine, have this policy - three periods of sickness (excluding surgery and recovery) in a rolling year, and its disciplinary. One of my periods of sickness was an asthma attack caused by the dust and solvents from the mini refit my work had earlier this year. Management didn't count this sickness towards the count.A lot of the time it can be the bosses pushing the people to go into work and then they complain when the other workers catch it and go off work
