Sorry, lets not go down that path, its been beaten to death in previous posts about covid and people dying. As if they wasn't going to die anyway. Very, very, very small percentage died of covid who were fully healthy.
All the people I know had covid, some more than once. Deaths......zero!
Yeah, no. Personal experience does not equate to everyone/statistics.
No magical fairy is going to swoop down to the earth and case covid away. No person can either. This is the reality now, no point blaming the government for "What if's" They was too busy having parties to give two hoots about covid and measure they put in place. To so called, protect others.
Of course we can and do blame the government because its their fault or did they not remove all restrictions, remove all testing, state its endemic (its not) and say "we have to live with it" which basically equates to ignoring it and pretending it no longer exists. Well, it does and infection rates are the highest they've ever been with 1 in 13 people infected currently. Its entirely this govts fault because Boris is entirely dependent on support from JRM and the CRG to shore up his collapsing support both within the country and within the party, Rees Mogg has even been appointed to the cabinet just so he/they can keep on eye on their puppet and make sure he does what they say! And we all have to live with the consequences such as pressue on NHS waiting lists which are at record levels. My mother is in constant hip pain after a fall probably needs a replacement she's had an x-ray and been told a consultation will likely take 5 months to happen, thats just a wait to talk to someone about it never mind receiving a date for an op.
