Crysis 3 official, release date is 2013

The story has indeed gone off the rails but what MAL X has stated above is the same impression I got out of playing Crysis 2

yea it's hard to explain and i didn't do very good, Prophet's suit seems to be the only one remaining, the other suits aren't around, so his is the most powerful/ advanced version, this is the one Hargreeves wants, the suit has grown on its own, it doesn't need plugging into a computer, this is only done to see what the suit is up too !!!!!!

what about Psycho's suit, well he probably took it off and was re-assigned etc and never wore it again....... but Prophet foolishly kept his on/ carried on fighting the Aliens etc and over the next 3 year period the suit assimilated his body/ his DNA, meaning he was too weak to survive without it.

the suit does not make you a ``dead man walking``, but it will if you wear it for 3 years, because it does everything for you, rendering you with no natural immunity if you foolishly take it off, it will also weaken your human muscles/ your heart/ your Bone Marrow etc..... just like if you live in space!

the suit is an exo-skeleton, it does what your muscles should be doing, so yea if you take it off after 3 years you'll be like a jelly man... an unfit ``dead man walking``.

now Hargreeves focused on Prophet to carry on wearing the suit, yea the other guys were either reassigned/ moved on/ died, but Prophet disapeared and became a lone-wolf operative, and kept the suit on not realising that it was taking control of him, he became a renegade and would not quit fighting, because Hargreeves was also telling him all the time by Voicecom that he was fighting a Righteous cause..... but no, he didn't want Prophet to remove the suit, he was planning to kill Prophet, but he gave the suit to Alcatraz instead.

Hargreeves knew the suit was growing in power, but needed it to grow for another year, to make sure that it was powerful enough to fix his own shattered body..

i think ha ha, it's interesting though !!!!!!

I wonder if psycho knows that it isn't real prophet in the suit but rather alcatrez body with prophet's consciousness :p

ha ha..... yes because he'll see another face when the visor is lifted :p

they said ``look at you, what the hell is wrong with you man`` so obviously you dont look too pretty under there

New plot to solve the debate; Crysis 3 now incorporates fairies and leprechaun's into the story to provide more of a twist to the characters origin, creating a more immersive storyline as well as lore.

The other amusing thing is that we have to engineer a reason why these suits would never be taken off. Like not even between missions, or to go bed, or ... anything :p

Psycho (Crysis & Crysis Warhead)

Al Murray!

I will buy one copy for single player but that will be it. I got multiple copies last time thinking the multiplayer would be awesome...it was terrible and I felt robbed!

For as long as the 360 and PS3 are involved there won't be another Crysis as far as I'm concerned. Though I'm still amused at the thought of all those people complaining their machine wouldn't run it at Very High at 60fps now complaining game development has stagnated and it's all the same regurgitated rubbish :D

When all the dust settled with Crysis and Warhead, I found them really good enjoyable games with for once a very good difficulty scaling (Delta was like playing a new game and not just because you died as soon as you popped your head out of a corner). They were never sandbox shooters though, just very wide corridors.

yea can you imagine all the complaints about this game when it comes out, because this forum will be full of it, that put me off buying the game when it came out, because i first played it only 3 months ago !!!

Crysis 2 is maybe the best shooter i've played this year, it isn't great fun like Borderlands 2 but it's technically way superior, Borderlands is very badly balanced, the 2nd playthrough is just total garbage, i've never been so cross and frustrated in my life.

I actually thought Crysis 2 was better than Crysis 1, but that might have had something to do with the fact that my GPU at the time couldn't run C1 but could run C2 comfortably. Still, I don't like the look of this urban jungle setting. I prefer just urban. The jungle makes it difficult to spot enemies.

Crysis 2 was a better shooter, but the 1st game looked way more attractive, like FAR CRY.....I thought Bulletstorm looked great too, but far too linear/repetative

The jungle made it hard to spot enemies? Isn't that a good thing? Or do people like games where it's a cake walk.

Crysis 2 shooting was meh, AI was pretty lame, shooting was like COD/BF3, bullet impact was pretty urgh too.
