I'm selling up and selling all my keys. Trading CS keys/skins has been perhaps the least enjoyable thing I have ever done.

Does anyone have thoughts on ESEA vs faceit vs CEVO?

I have only tried faceit and I am considering trying ESEA or CEVO.

dont think youre allowed to advertise things for sale on this thread. the MM is for that. last guy selling keys on here got a telling off.

esea is the best of them all but you pay for a sub. (people dont tend to troll when you have to pay)

Sick of getting matched up with eastern europeans/russians who can't/won't speak english. I dont play often so chances of me finding people to play with regularly are pretty slim. Same deal with dota2, even if you deselect eastern europe, the russkis are still prevalent, claiming that their servers lag so they need to play on west.

In games that are worthless without teamwork and communication it is a huge problem. If I get matchmaked with 2+ruskis ill just RQ and eat the cooldown. Waste of time.

I don't know why valve don't allow you to filter based on language, or at least add some kind of priority. I'll gladly wait an extra couple minutes if it means playing with english speakers. Surely it is a win win for all involved.

I wasn't impressed with the players on faceit, encountered more trolls than MM.
Really want to give esea a go but the rank snobs are putting me off

Agreed, faceit is frustrating in terms of people taking ages to get ready (how long does it take to pick a server location ffs) and leaving etc.

Caseageddon is still due for the end of march, between myself and my friend we have about 100 so going to cost at least £120 lol
I will have a look at the cases though and def after the other things we discussed a while ago

Played this game after all the rage, seriously... why are people so hooked? I must be missing something... it just doesn't appeal as a game at all?

Filled with awps, and people on corners of each map waiting for heads to pop out in common spots... is that about as fun as it gets?

Sounds like your playing Deathmatch?

The real game is the competative mode, this takes skill, teamwork and intelligence to do well at.

Deathmatch a lot of people just use as a warm up or to practice their aim.

However this game will not be for everyone as everybody is different, like I never could understand what was good about WOW.

AWP's if you know where they are > shoulder peek them > they fire their 1 bullet and miss > repeek and kill them or just use smokes / flashes to keep them out of the game.

If someone is in a common spot the same advice with smokes and flashes applies or if they are in the same spot ever round just peek and kill them as you have peekers advantage and know exactly where they are standing.

edit I might have come off a bit aggressive, it's a hard game...but rly dont be playing comp until you have the basics such as movement and shooting. Join some deathmatch servers and learn to shoot / watch warowl videos and learn the basics first.

Theres more then just aiming and shooting in cs...

U have to think and act in a certain way to be any good at cs... It's a massive learning curve but it's very rewarding once u get good at it.

Another good way to learn is watch pro games on twitch..
