CS:GO Discussion

Ping to USA mm servers rose 30 ping at the same time, surely I go direct from the UK. India mm servers went offline altogether I read, hopefully all effects are transitory

Theres a point where DM is above mm, dm is nova to mg levels mostly I think. The very lowest average I see often is arms race, maybe 1 or 2 seconds before they get a killing shot for some players but that can be because they use sawn off across the map and dont realise yet. But also I was playing with eagles who see me die to sawn off, vs their last player so he holds a tight angle and they jump in his face and we lose the game. No brains or on tilt I guess :o
there was another I think
popflash.site but you need 100 mm wins or esea games

solo player to play a 5v5.
demolition mode is 5 v 5, actually better then casual but its not proper cs maps but bomb vs kills gameplay plays ok imo

Also retake servers are 5 v 5 in 30 second rounds, can be very high ranks sometimes if you catch a team warming up maybe

I think there will be another campaign released soon. If his mate doesn't mind buying the pass he can probably rank up to level 3 or 4 in two days.

Nov 9th is closing day for new map entries apparently and somebody mentioned that December is the 10yr anniversary of Nuke being revamped for CS source, not sure if new operation will be that long but probably not this wed or even next
if my first 2 shots don't take them down it can get a bit messy. Looking at the rank I was playing against is that where I should expect to land after 10 wins?
So long as you are not firing over their heads, thats probably the main thing to avoid as you can just get lucky being roughly inline with their profile. More then being perfect just practise keeping all shots below a headshot level, some maps have a line or marks on walls as guidance almost. Ak is the best gun :)
Keep getting 30 kills every placement game and you'd be Master Guardian or higher I guess otherwise their ranks are roughly your match at present
its the bricks which line up here, random source from google

As I now have use of a nice ASUS ROG 27" 1440p 144Hz monitor I thought I would give this a bash again. Seems the routing issue is still prevalent so it's going to go unplayed for another few weeks it seems! Shame :(

I've only experienced the routing issue one night and it was still playable, even though my ping was going from 120 - 200.

Lag compensation in CSGO is actually pretty good and I personally think people are making too much of the routing issue.

Silversurfer thanks for those pictures :)

Just encountered my first hacker in competitive (no doubt not my last) I'm not sure if it's the right thing to do but I abandoned the match after reporting him (I think most of my team did too)

sadly playing the game and losing is the best option

if he gets banned the loss will not count against you

but if you leave it will add you on the leave buster thing, which can lead to 7 day bans if it happens often.

if you're a group of 5 just all type kill in console or try to play.

He went 20-1 and they won every round but 1 from the start.

In my opinion he was wallhacking and possibly aimbotting too because he had a lot of headshots.

This was showing 35hours in game on a lvl1 steam account.

I could be wrong of course.
