You could wait for the steam sale and get the pack of all CS games (£4.24 in previous sales - CSGO has been £2.99 previously)

I think they have a 'spring clean' sale around easter time :confused:

I used to play CSS a lot in teams etc and there are still people playing it, most people seem to have moved on to csgo tho.
 
How do I get my sprays to work now?

I can't find anything in the menus to select them. I have placed one that I downloaded to > common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\materials\vgui\logos

But every time I try to spray in game, a random image appears.
 
Got the new mouse and as I feared I just can't compete at my current rank anymore. This is gonna take a while I think. Ugh.

Thats agency, I got slaughtered on that map mostly by AWP.


Theres nothing bad about being silver 3 or whatever, its easier to learn at that level. At mid level nova, its all hyped up and you cant relax for a second. Higher levels have more of an ego and at silver its still just a game, no big deal

Whats all hyped up at mid level nova? I'm Nova 4 and its just ****. I played with a DMG last night and the games were way more fun playing with players that were actually good.

Pfft. Use your smokes wisely. if you are a team, its quite easy to co-ordinate smokes and flash bangs.

Heck, I started at Silver IV, there is nothing wrong. I started watching a few pro games, and playing a bit, and you can easily improve. The game I player, all 5 of us had mics, and they had a good game knowledge. If they were getting rushed, they were pulling back until the team mates come to cover them. That's why we won easily.
 
I wish I could buy more smokes, its not a popular item unfortunately. I type in SMOKES! but nope, I turn off mic because people talk over round ends and theres no volume for it ? Also like molotovs for an aggressive push even

I typically just play cs offline vs bots now as I pause often.

They've made the expert bots much better than they used to be in the last few months. Nice to see this!
 
Well after 2 solid days of awful sodding teams (not 1 win) Ive dropped from gold nova 1 to silver IV... MAD isn't even the word

Good on the 5 kill :cool: I had 2 during phoenix, but 0 now :/ My 3 kills are going up quickly though :D

Yup! Its great! They call t stairs, and I am covering main stairs. i rotate from out spawn (t side) and look from behind the desks onto stairs., he stays near the hostage, and we manage to crossfire them. Chuck a few nades to remove hp too.
