Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty DLC expansion

I have about 5 mods only I think, lost count once everything was all good mods wise :p

Anyways, Mr Hands is done now, his gift was a little lame though have to say, expected something a bit leaner :D

Now doing side stuff in Dog Town, and El Captain has set me up with a finale it seems too, the view from the dam during his meet as the sun set was too epic not to grab this:

And that mission where you enter the dinosaur museum place was rather amazing, almost felt like in the middle of the jungle in Crisis what with all the ambient sounds etc.

Oh also, be sure to not miss this pickup from Rinder's Stash, this is the most powerful shotgun in the game so far. The kick knocks not only whoever it is aimed at way back, but it will knock you back and shake the screen too. The sound is outstanding!

And lastly, the thermal katana once perked up is just such a joy to use:

I have a pistol now (from the DLC) that gives guaranteed critical hits when invisible (and is silenced)

Combine that with lots of upgrades from the cool tree increasing pistol/stealth damage, it pretty much can 1-shot all enemies as long as you can hit them in the head and do it in 7 seconds of invisibility.

That's my exact set-up too so far and I'm finding it really fun being all sneaky beaky. However for my next run-through I'll go for the slowmo time Sandivistan and swords/knifes route just for a complete change of gameplay.

I think so yeah, only have Meet Daniels at the docks left now in terms of Dogtown gigs remaining on the journal, think there's some more on the map that haven't been triggered yet so will check them out later.

All endings finished, but still a few gigs etc to do, which I'll mop up tomorrow.
I've got to say that the PL DLC is near on perfect in every way, and really does showcase what a 4090 can do at full tilt (yes, it's a very expensive GPU, buy my good god it's an absolute powerhouse!).
9.5/10 for me, and the only thing stopping a 10/10 was a glitch near end game where I couldn't access the map/inventory across all endings and I had to load a save game to get it to work, but that aside, absolute perfection.
I'm almost embarrassed to show how many hours I've sunk into it, but they've all been enjoyable..

How did ya'll manage to spend so long in game? After about 100 I had literally finished everything and seen everything. There was nothing to do.

I messed about with various builds and picking the slightly different quest/career options

Stealth netrunner
Shot gun build & Beserk
Katana wielder
Melee build
Sniper build

Now doing them again in PL

Just because you have a clean map doesn't mean you've found everything. There are loads of shards to find that tell stories of various people around Night City that you may hear about from NPCs or from other shards, so it's cool putting those bits of detail together to learn about stuff behind the scenes on the struggles of an average NCer etc.

Just because something is hidden doesn't mean it's worth finding. It really isn't as deep as you are making out lol. Sure there were a few shards and some interesting shards but certainly not hundreds or even tens of hours worth lol.
I can't recall any so guess none of them stuck, unlike the proper side quests of which I did find enjoyable.

That's your assumption. I never made it out that shards are suddenly a huge piece of a bigger puzzle that must be found. You specifically asked what everyone is doing to spend that much extra time in the game, that is one part of where that time is going, that and just generally exploring because it's a cool city to explore. If you don't like an answer to a question you asked, maybe refrain from asking questions...

Mods, mods and some more mods.
Stuffs like unlimited double jump gets you into places that you shouldn't be, and the missions then take on a new angle.
Personally I like to tailor the game to my own preferences and advantages.
That way I get double value for money.
