wow what?Microsoft have followed Sony
funny how everyone was praising CDPR as some amazing company yet they made assasins creed look like a masterpiece.Apparantly it's running much better on PS4 base now with the hotfix
If only they had waited a few more weeks
Bizarre launch I hope CDPR recovers
Yeah. Best wait then. Then I can wait longer, it’s just a game, nothing happens to me if I don’t play it.
Does anyone here think the mouse movement and shooting feels way off in this game like coming from COD etc? I noticed it from the very first gun fight... Feels sort of sluggish and clunky. I actually hate it. Thought there was something up with my mouse.
Just noticed a Reddit thread with lots of comments on it about the issue. People saying it's to do with controller settings messing with the mouse haha? Others saying that's just the way it is. Will give things a try.
Level 31 with some regrets on skill points.
It's such a shame some people would rather waste time bashing the game, rather than playing it properly for themselves. Especially seeing as we are on the PC forum....
Also I have to wonder just how much excellent content the reviewers missed out on due to rushing through nothing but the main quest. Some of the side content has honestly been incredible.
So the pc release notes for 1.05 just look like the mod on nexus mods but with the debug disabled?
I'm on phone so too much effort to copy paste.I doubt they would just release a mod as an official update.
PC-specific
- [AMD SMT] Optimized default core/thread utilization for 4-core and 6-core AMD Ryzen(tm) processors. 8-core, 12-core and 16-core processors remain unchanged and behaving as intended. This change was implemented in cooperation with AMD and based on tests on both sides indicating that performance improvement occurs only on CPUs with 6 cores and less.
- Fixed an issue with the way Raw Input is collected.
- Removed the use of AVX instruction set thus fixing crashes occurring at the end of the Prologue on processors not supporting AVX.
- Removed debug console to prevent functions that could lead to crashes or blocked quests. This doesn't mean we don't want to support the modding community. Stay tuned for more info on that.
- Ray traced reflections should no longer seem too bright in comparison to the environment.
- Fixed an issue with Steam Overlay crash on game shutdown.
- Removed the memory_pool_budgets.csv file. which was not connected with the final version of the game and had no influence on it (it was a leftover file used during the development to estimate memory usage. It had no effect on how much memory was actually allocated). Perceived performance increase after editing the file may have been related to restarting the game.
his plugin fixes some Cyberpunk 2077 issues and adds some features.
Current fixes

With regards to your first statement: which could help you out?
na, I smashed points into the engineering/crafting main skill. Ideally I want these moved into cool. Was messing with legendary crafting but it’s not worth the investment.
Can I ask what hardware and settings you're running?
I'm also playing 3440*1440p, on an RTX3070, and I've played around with the settings to keep RT on, but it's meant having RT & a few other settings on medium to maintain 50-60fps. I'm wondering if it could actually look & feel better to turn RT off, and move settings back up to high/ultra. When I was initially doing some testing I could double my FPS with RT off, and still get 50% higher FPS with much higher graphical settings and DLSS set to quality (currently running balanced, because performance looks like dog *****).
I don't think there is a TV\monitor that does 4000 nits.
I can play a 4000 nit blue ray, but it looks odd. The tone mapping is off.
Does this presume they have mixed the memory leaks? They are obviously aware of them if they say restarting the game may have been down to a game restart
I wonder just how much pressure CDPR were under from Sony to get the game out on consoles before Christmas?
