Just finished it and ended up with The Star ending. Played for 84 hours but a lot of that time was spent on the side missions. Will probably spend another 10 hours mopping up the rest of the achievements before moving on to something else.
Cyberpunk's got a lot of faults but I can't remember the last game I played for so long in such a short space of time. To say I massively enjoyed it would be an understatement, it's easily one of my favourite games of the last few years as well as the most addictive.
Of the numerous bugs mentioned in this thread, I encountered very few clipping issues, very few instances of floating objects, very few instances of peoples mouths not moving when they were speaking, a few performances dips that required a restart but it didn't crash once for me. None of these issues took anything away from my enjoyment of the game and I actually experienced more bugs with TLOU2 earlier in the year.
Two things that did really annoy me was the lack of ultra wide support outside of the main game, it's broken in the inventory and in photo mode, and the difficulty. I played on very hard and it's the easiest game I've ever played on this difficulty. I was able to kill all but the main bosses and cyberpsycho's with one head shot and even the end game boss only took 2 or 3 minutes. The guns are way too powerful early on in the game and the difficulty should scale far better.
Not sure what CDPR will add to the game over the next few years but I loved what they've already given us. Shame their management appear to have knowingly forced a game that's broken for so many people out too quickly.
Edit: Some of many favourite screenshots.
