*** Cyberpunk 2077 ***

Is anyone running the game on a R9 390? I've a i7 5820k clocked at 4GHz and 16GB RAM etc so should run OK but not in a position to upgrade yet so if it runs like a bag of poop I'll pass, if it runs well in 1080p then might pick it up. Have only got a 1080p monitor BTW so don't need higher res.

funny how everyone was praising CDPR as some amazing company yet they made assasins creed look like a masterpiece.
See here's the difference between CDPR and Ubisoft though. CDPR will spend literally years working on this game even after launch. There'll be consistent bug fixes and performance patches, minor things will be added free of charge. Any story DLC we can expect to be sizeable and also reasonably priced.

What IS funny is how quickly people have decided they're the scummiest developer of all time and that they're eternally relegated to "worse than EA literally satan"

Totally agree, also wouldn't be surprised if some (or even all) of the DLC is released free of charge to compensate for everything.

Does anyone think the sounds in this game are really flat and muted, I have tried with my Z-5500, akg 702, dt990, and no matter what settings I use including increasing the bass, car collisions explosions etc just sound like thuds or worse. I have a sound blaster AE5 soundcard as well

There's a problem with the sound, some sounds will disappear (at times when I sprint the sounds of the feet hitting the floor disappear, sometimes the radio starts later, etc.), not sure if there is much you can do.

btw I had a bug last night where some chick's eyebrows were floating in mid air lmao
I wouldn’t be surprised if this was an accurate depiction of what’s in for women’s eyebrows in 2077. Some women do ****** up things to their eyebrows (let’s pluck them right off and then draw them on), who’s to say floating brows won’t be the next big thing.

:D:D:D

Totally different game. COD MW has great gunplay and gameplay. It has to, its the core part of the game.

The gunplay in Cyberpunk is terrible. It's all about the looks of the game with Cyberpunk. Drive around and take some nice photos with photomode instead :D
I disagree. Gunplay feels fine to me, obviously not tuned to cod levels but that's to be expected. Guns all have really great sounds and solid feedback too. In fact the gunplay is better than the single player mode of black ops which felt awful.

Erm, why is that a difference?... You've just described exactly what Ubisoft did with Assassin's Creed Odyssey and what they are currently doing with Valhalla!

No what is funny is basing expectations off a single franchise that still relied heavily on the modding community for fixes.

And then flip flopping from they would never release the game in an unfinished state to they will support it for years with fixes.

Are they supporting it for years with fixes or will it just take them years to fix it?:D

I suspect a bit of both.

One thing to remember is they have nothing to do now apart from patching :D

I expect DLC/expansions after the bugs and performance issues are resolved.

Bunch of in-game chat about the moon and orbital stuff that would be fun to visit. Plenty of scope for more stories in the city etc

Only just noticed this, a lot of the missions are song titles..... Only realised yesterday when one was named after a Radiohead song. Then earlier a rather vague but awesome Talking heads song named mission. Going back through completed, me and the Mrs have just played guess the band... well was not difficult, to be honest.
