*** Cyberpunk 2077 ***

Patch downloading fine on GOG for me

Yes that's why the warning isn't on the homepage any more.

Edit: Tell a lie, it is. I assume you are using the launcher thing? I don't use it.

Actually, how are you doing it when the FAQ states the option isn't there to do so? Are you sure you haven't just updated REDmod to 2.0?

I don't see any option to download the update:

Due to technical issues, patching Cyberpunk 2077 to version 2.0 via GOG GALAXY will be delayed by a few hours. To play version 2.0 now, uninstall the game and redownload it.

I'm unable to find offline installers:

Due to technical issues the offline backup installer and patch files for Cyberpunk 2077 version 2.0 will be delayed by a few hours.

EDIT
Realised DLSS was set to Auto which is balanced iirc, so re-ran with it set to Quality, same as 1.63 run :o

Visually with DLSS Balanced set, game looks identical, but you get an extra 10-15fps average

We have similar specs, will do a run tonight and see what i get, same resolution as well.

Most absolutely a performance boost for me , 55fps indoors at Arisaka building the moment with RT reflections and lighting turned on @1440 with a 3060TI, mix of high and medium on other graphics settings. Will see what sort of fps I get out in the city.

Just clicked 'check for updates' and it started downloading it

Edit : RedMOD - now you got me thinking, lol :)

Edit 2 : Nope, definitely showing as V 2.0

Reinstalled the drivers just to be sure, deleted old configs and set things back manually, still looks like a loss for me a the moment.

74fps>69fps in the benchmark, I'm also noticing some artifacts on some reflective elements like the bottles in the bar, occasionally there are small flickers. Those results above just show how insane those 4090s are, I'm on a 2080ti and I'm getting less FPS at 1080P without the full path tracing enables as well :D

I'm doing a fresh install from scratch to see if there's any changes.

The question now is, to play the full game from the start or just to dlc for now and do a full playthrough next year once the beta testing is done :p

Game looks even more incredible now. I mean it literally looks like a film or some kind of stylised animation. Everything is so gritty and grounded.

I'm not seeing much in the way of performance boost on a 4080 at 4k. Only getting an extra 10fps pushing me to 67fps @4k with FG+RR+PathTracing + Balanced DLSS. I thought the earlier BS advertising was saying we'd be getting an extra 50% frames.
