See here would be my shoutAny good QoL mods that can be recommended? Not played the game since it was released and hoping to jump back in with a fresh game and do the DLC too.

There's a hot debate going on at reddit (lol) on the "huge" (actual quote from people) quality degrade going from DLSS Quality to DLSS Balanced. Doesn't matter how many examples are shown whereby there's little to no difference in vidual quality observed, you just can't state your findings without being keyboard given the keyboard warrior treatment.
My current mod list
The only ones I would call QoL are:
- Simple Flashlight
- Better Vehicle Handling
- Vehicle Acceleration Keybind
- Load Begone
Did you d/l the perv version aka Skyrim Jelly ?Out of outright scientific curiosity I tried the jiggle mod out and they jiggle too much which is unrealistic
Will keep installed.

DLSS Quality:
DLSS Balanced:
Anyone spot the differences
The ghosting of some NPCs are to be ignored, like the left side when an NPC comes down the stairs, that isn't DLSS that's path tracing ghosting which I imagine will improve as Nvidia update the AI training over time or whatever they do.
Cheers, I love seeing other peoples mods list - modding can become a bit of an addiction though, gotta know when to stopMy current mod list
That will be down to the lighting always changing in the game, the camera is gently swaying and ambient light is always changing due to real time dynamic day/night cycle so it's very hard to get an exact 1:1 comparison of motion because of that, but the gist is clear, that there's little difference but a 15-20 fps gain to be had for those that might want that.Hard to compare as the lightings not the same.
I would say the black parts on the building below the windows and the sign on the right look more blury/less detailed but in other areas balanced looks better due to the different colour light overhead.
What's wrong with that scene? The game itself right now looks better than that
I thought you screengrabbed a scene from the original game trailer hahNoo I think it looks good! What I meant was, this scene won me over in the pre-release footage, giving off the impression it was the next gen city and best AI we'd ever seen. Little did we know we were getting NPCs walking into walls instead.
Also, that's my screenshot haha don't rub in the fact I can't run raytracing m8
Depends on the mod no?Do these mods slow the game down?
Most no, some like realistic traffic density can depending on your cpu and the HD texture pack depending on your VRAM and how close you are to its limitsDo these mods slow the game down?
