*** Cyberpunk 2077 ***

Using the ray reconstruction DLL version 3.5.10, normal ghosting seems reduced, in gameplay I tried looking for it but could only spot it on the red weapon scope mod attachment that always ghosted with RT on anyway, so that still exists but isn't a major issue anyway. The rest looks fine, I think it feels a little more responsive too.

The DLL is copied from Alan Wake 2 as that has this version, it's not on TechPowerUp yet.

See if you can spot any ghosts...

I found a weapon mod called 'Big Mag', anyone know what I do with it? Do I need to find a weapon with a mod slot?

You need to have an Assault Rifle, LMG or SMG as it'll only fit onto those three types of gun with an unused Mod slot available. Just be aware that, as well as increasing the magazine size, it'll also increase the time taken to reload the weapon too.

I agree, my 7700k and GTX 1070 struggled to get 60fps at 1080p unless you dropped every visual quality setting so low that you're missing out on some of the best bits of the game ie the stunning visuals.
I’m getting 50-70 fps at 1080p on Medium settings with distance details and crowd size dropped to low. Still looks fabulous to me, but I was playing ME 2 and The Outer Worlds beforehand.

I found these very helpful in getting the shiniest graphics out of my ancient rig:

It's only 25 and well worth it

Dog town has some cool as hell lighting around as well

Seen the videos which makes me want to play even more. Nearly finished my 3rd playthrough in cp2077 but i kinda wish i waited till i got this monitor now.

Mind you, i had a lot more fun with mods this time round.

Yeah it's pretty glorious in HDR, same with other new games like Alan Wake 2.
some of the er props or whatever you call them lose loads of detail with HDR on though.

you know in cyberpunk there the Hollywood type sign is? look at it in HDR then look at it again with HDR off.

it should look completely washed out with no texture almost if I'm remembering it right

I noticed it around the time of release and then decided not to play in HDR as it basically erased the texture from the game and replaced it with a pure white.

I guess you could argue that's more realistic but it just looked completely off after noticing the difference

Original time of release? The engine has massively changed since then right down to the colour grading lol so anything observed back then simply cannot be compared to what the engine renders now as it's simply not the same any more.

Edit*
I just loaded up Westbrook to check out the sign:

HDR on a few hours later:

HDR off 2PM:

It's actually more blown out/washed out with HDR off when at a time of day when the sun is shining on it directly like above.

Hi yes this happens for me too.
To get hdr to display without blowing out highlights, I have to set 780 on a 1000nit screen and 630 on a 800 screen. Seems the peak brightness setting in game doesn't track properly. Now I have great highlights that keep the detail in lights etc.
