*** Cyberpunk 2077 ***

That demo looks fantastic.

I've tried 2077 twice now and never really got into it. and I'm not sure what it is, but the characters look terrible. Textures are all waxy and just look bad.

Nova LUT is all you need, choose a variant that satisfies and that's it.
Do you run one of the ENVs as well?

I now understand that a LUT is the equivalent of sticking a filter over a camera lens and an ENV is equivalent to a bunch of changes to the camera’s settings.

I found Nova LUT just too stark for me. Currently have Preem LUT 2 and the gentle “Light” version of the Preem Lighting ENV installed via Vortex.

Are graphics and visual settings still managed via the base game UI with 3rd party LUT and ENV installed or do I need a LUT manager mod as well?

ENVs are not needed any more and merely optional since the update to the LUT itself covering both sdr and hdr.

I don't use the ENVs any more but you can just try it and see.

There is no lut manager or anything, the lut is just the visual grading, copy paste into game folder and that's it. All settings are gfx settings in-game.

Once you've got that all sorted you can then add onto it by installing Nova City and some of the other Nova mods. City changed the weather and other aspects for the better and you also have additional CET menus to toggle lots of aspects of the world etc.

Playing through this for the first time and it looks like I've come to the final main story to meet Hanako and Embers as when I went to start it got a message basically saying I'd be locked in until complete. I've got quite a few side mission still to complete so would it be better to do more of them before meeting Hanako or does it not really matter? I guess I'm asking if I'd get a better ending or anything like that if I do more side missions first.
Also got Phanton Liberty but not touched that part of the game yet.

Also no spoilers please :)

I went to Embers last of all. I think it affects endings depending on what you do, don't do and how you do it before that.

Same for me. For me I think it's as I've gone too long since starting it. I occasionally dip in when I have some spare time, walk around for a bit, get bored not knowing what the heck I'm doing then don't touch for ages again.
I'm sure I said this already in this thread but I might just start from the beginning again and go through all the training stuff at the beginning(I think there is some?). It's also quite complex for someone who dips in and out.
I'll try to find a guide on "how to get the best out of Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay" if there is one. Or if anyone can recommend something, please do.

I'd just play it from the start, the game is not that complex that it requires videos lol.

Yeah. I was thinking more along the lines of a guide on what kind of stuff to get up to, to get the most out of what a game offers if that makes sense.
Might be due to age now :D and only dipping in and out of games occasionally but I've found in the past I'm really enjoying a game, using more of what's on offer (like weapons, upgrades etc) towards the end of a game. I tend not to experiment much while playing and do what i know (such as use same weapons) so probably don't pick up on more of the features on offer.
I'll start from scratch and put a good few solid hours aside to get into it.
