Daredevil Remi Lucidi dies after fall from 68th floor for Instagram stunt

There's a few I've seen doing stuff like this, notably an annoying clown called Ally Law. He was being a pain in the arse in Newcastle a few years back, but he's pulled stunts globally.

If these people were getting permission, or only putting themselves at risk without wasting public resources? I honestly wouldn't care, have at it and good luck, try not to get yourself killed.

But many of these idiots are a menace, I have no sympathy.

Just watched some of the local news clips from that area ( No falling )

Apparently he was outside, the window closed on him that he tried to get back into and he couldn't...

If you are in one of those flats and you see a guy outside, that high up...your immediate thought wouldn't be someone doing it for a stunt. Speaking as someone who actually lived in Hong Kong, in a flat like that (although not as posh), my immediate reaction is there is a thief outside and I better shut the window and call the police!

you're on the 68th floor, you see someone outside and your immediate reaction would be that they are a thief......68 floors up outside, your window?! that's some proper determined attempt at a bit of cat burglary!! :p

You have to wonder though, much like those that do parkour on the tops of high buildings, surely it's only a matter of time until they get themselves seriously injured or killed?

68th floor or 6th floor....same reaction, and same outcome if they fall pretty much.

First of all, your instinct isn't going to check "are they on any kind of wire, is this a movie stunt?" Absolutely not, they should not be there so I would be closing my window! As far as I am concerned, they got themselves out there, they can find their way back in, and it isn't through my flat.

That's the mindset of a resident of HK.

Surely first thought would be its spiderman, where is his suit? ;)

Horrible people are horrible? Who would have thought.
I'd also doubt everyone in HK thinks that way.

Massive difference in skills but same time like this fella, massive difference in those just taking risks and those who want to stay alive whilst achieving something special.

It's not about being horrible, it's about being safe in your home. That's the mindset, I am telling you. Sure, with hindsight, sat down after the fact and thought about it after, and especially when the news reported who he is, but in the moment, that is what you think...some thief...illogical? of course, but no more illogical as thinking someone would go outside at the 68th floor for social media cred.

Of anyone here, who else can say they are born or even lived in a flat in HK?
