Darn it, i was about to ask that as well. so you buy the code and it be useless to you??

Cheapest so far i seen is £14

It wouldn't let me complete the purchase, so no code.

So, I either buy now from Steam, or wait and hope they lower the price in a week or so; alternatively, I suppose I could order it from Zavvi, and wait for a it to be delivered. Was hoping to jump into something tonight.

I suppose I could try modding Crysis 1.
 
To purchase digital games from Amazon US, use your UK Amazon account, and add a US billing address to your account. This address needs to be a valid US address, but nothing will be sent there, and you can access all your games through their website. Some card issuers may charge a fee (personally nationwide has charged me no more than 10p).

I use an alaskan hotel address as its a state that doesn't incur tax.

Yeah it is in russian but can get english game client np, think dark souls only offers russian subs anyways. Chrome auto translates for me and I think quite a few on here bought FC3 this way as it was £9 on release lol
 
Install it, bro :p.

Download DSFix and go to where Dark Souls is installed which should be something like this:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition\DATA"

Copy and paste all the files from the DSFix download into this folder then open "DSfix.ini" and change the settings you want to change there. The main options you'll want to change are the "RenderWidth" and "RenderHeight" to the resolution your monitor runs at and you'll also want to change "aaQuality" to the setting that you think your PC can handle (4 for you). Have a look at the other settings and choose which ones you want and that's basically it.

I'd also recommend turning off the intro screens.

I just looked for a hotel address in Alaska, and entered that. No problems at all. :)

The code arrives on the amazon site, and in your email inbox.
