they dont like him as most servers they are given gear ! are friends with admin.
so basically how it goes in mod of dayz.
buy server, spawn best gear in for yourself. need a heli okay lets spawn one in.
need to know where big clan is on server? open up admin tools check .
that is majority of big dayz youtubers . those who play and have since start know this. cant really fault them on the videos they are great but as for the gear and killing and stuff just avg players.
this is also why not many of them have done much on standalone and are waiting for admin tools or playing rust which you can do just like arma 2 modsthis is great for videoing but not great for players.
Sorry I spent 5 minutes trying to read that but instead I found tearing my eyes out less painful and easier to do.

same as jack and those like them but... when people like me and massey shot them and all of mgt to pieces for yr and a half with just lee enfields vs spawned in gear everytime they die, you can see why we never rated them as actual dayz players. saying that had awesome fun on on MGT and they deserve having busy servers.
did have many big battles which you don't get often now on other servers which i do miss.many i have on video .
ive said to any of them if they want a war on standalone gear for gear lets do it
hopefully when the SA is mature enough and all the good stuff is in we can have those kind of battles again .

Hopefully mate. I'm having fun even in its current state. Just wish performance was a bit better. Zombies was plentiful, hordes, re-spawned same as loot. A few of the pain in the backside bugs fixed. Zombies didn't clip same as players.
Bicycles. That would be the cherry on the cake and I'd be more than happy for now.

As much as I have moaned about BI's business model and their scheduling, this is the same for me.
I have had great moments and boring moments (that led to more good moments) and I'm sure there will be more as they add more hats and shirts

Frankie got me interested in DayZ as well, and I linked his channel to a friend and he enjoyed the videos, so we both own DayZ Standalone now and play it whenever we're both online.
Had an up and down time on it the last couple of days. Yesterday evening where I hadn't played in two weeks my friend was up in Khelm and I spawned where I left off near Kamyshovo. As per normal I spawned with all the previous gear, but pretty much starving even though I wasn't when I logged out. Tried finding some food on the way up to Berizino, but ended up passing out in a house at the coastal junction for Three Valleys and lost my Mosin, ammo and scope
Ended up spawning near the factory at Solnichniy so I didn't have as far to go and rather stupidly agreed to meet my friend at the construction site near Berizino. I get there before my friend and I hear gunshots as I walk up the stairs (nothing on me at all so not really bothered about being shot). Friend says shots are landing near him and I get to the top of the construction building to see a guy prone with a Mosin rapid-firing in the direction of my friend. Managed to get right next to him before he ran off down the stairs and out of the building so I follow him, then he turns around and hits me with an axe which kills me. Friend comes along and actually talks to the same guy who killed me while I'm shouting at my friend it was obviously him who killed me so get rid of him. Friend lets him go because he seems friendly
Today we went to Stary Sobor and had an encounter which was quite amusing. Me and my friend were in a long barn, me behind my friend by about 20 foot, my friend is yapping on about stuff in his inventory and this guy just runs in from the other end straight at my friend and I'm shouting "THERE'S A GUY RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU", and my friend asks if it's me and I say "No, I'm behind you" at which point my friend basically craps himself while they both close in on each other. Luckily the guy, despite being armed, was friendly. Didn't speak, but walked off never to be seen again.
Then went to the military base south west of Kabanino, found nothing in there despite a recent server restart which we thought was odd. Just about to leave in the direction of the North West Airfield when a guy appears from no-where with an M4. Friend says hello, but the guy turns and legs it, I go running after him through a tree line trying to speak, he turns around 50 yards in front and takes a shot at me which misses, friend is now closer to the guy than I am and takes a shot at him, guy goes down, then gets back up and aims at me again, so I take a shot and then leg it up to him and finish him off with an axe. I don't plan on killing people, but if someone takes a blatant shot at me I'm going to retaliate, I'm from the land of CS so I'm used to shooting on sight, so I don't think I'm doing badly as he's the only person I've actually shot at. I pick up his M4 and ammo and my friend takes some stuff.
Finished the day off by getting to the North West Airfield jail. I open the front door and I'm confronted by a suspicious pile of clothes and an M4 with red-dot sight among loads of food and other random things. Friend takes the latest M4 and 220 rounds of ammo, I take the food and we decide that's enough gained from the airfield and we leg it towards Devils Castle

Our server has been full most of the afternoon/night and never have I seen Cherno & Elektro so empty. LOL
Spent about 3 hours prowling around there and the outlying little towns in the hope of finding Bandits or new spawns (to give some food too) but I think we spotted about 2 people max I even streamed the damn thing on Twitch.... would be the most boring stream ever!
Everyone must have been on their holidays in the North East airfield or something LOL
Still enjoying the game. 100+ hours in an Alpha is more than I ever dreamed and for £20 is a bargain.

Hate this game sometimes, moved server with the rest of the clan to one of our 5 servers and got my char reset twice within 2 hours. I have almost 200 hrs now, i think im now going to give this game abreak until a few updates come along. One thing i cannot stand is char wipe, may as well throw my time down the toilet.
In Frankies latest video he meets Morgan Freeman (aka Vectorbunny) His other videos are well funny and worth a watch. He does a very good impression
