Soldato
I watched last night and I have to say, I do not "get it".
Looks like they are going for a MMO style, plays on a potato approach to increase sales. I understand the business reasons for that.
On a personal level, while I now play Arma 3, and knowing the advancements that brings, I will find it hard to go back to the Arma 2.5 + drugs engine or whatever it is.
I would have been interested in DayZ on ARMA 3 engine but as it stands (which I know is very early on), I do not understand where they are going.
I believe they should it kept it has a free dlc for Arma 3 to then use as a vehicle to shift more copies or Arma 3 and expand that community.
How many new players has Arma 2/3 received owing to people buying that game specifically for DayZ?
