It's good to hear you got a good one that you are happy with.
Watched a movie today and couldn't say I noticed the yellowish light much from the corner. When sitting in front of the monitor, And when I lay back down on the bed it went all together.
It would be nice to have a monitor without this yellowish tint, but I have a feeling if I sent for a new one. It could be worse rather than better.

I don't think any of these 27" screens are perfect .. just some are better than others that's much is clear.

I think it's just becuase I had the screens brightness up too high. It was orginally on over 80% and the contrast was even higher.
Mine has 0 back light bleed and have yet to hear any buzzing and I don't even know what the cross hatching is but I've not seen any.

contrast should be around 70 to 75 and brightness should be 30 - 40

Well I've been working at home today in the hope that UPS will show up and thus far nothing!
They claim to deliver up till 1900 sometimes so still a couple of hours to go but I'm not holding out much hope :/

had this monitor 5 days replaced a 24" tn liyama ive been looking for a 27" for monthsreading all the forums as eell as this one so ive just singed up to give my opinion im no expert but no buzzing no dead pix may have been some b/l bleed but seems to be ok now after playing far cry 3 on the 24"liyama ive started the game on this monitor WOW great coulers crisper sharper ican see things on this monitor ididnt see on the 24" my mate plays battle feild 3 on line as part of a clan and he was well imprest he.s getting one next week rev Aoo july 2012
Mine just arrived an hour ago (late delivery !?!)
It's brilliant - the AG coating is a lot less aggressive than my prior U2312hm and there's no bleed. Yellow tinge is unnoticeable even on a completely black background.

UPS have claimed they didn't take the monitor out today - somehow left it in the warehouse
They'll be re-trying tomorrow!
It only took mine two days to arrive and I live in the channel islands........
....Came by HDNL

If Dell used DPD I'd have been happy - they email you to say which hour slot they'll show up in and they've always stuck to that whenever I've had deliveries from them but I've never used UPS before!
They don't appear to have scanned the package out for delivery this morning again either

I received yesterday today 2713 for a great price ** Not OcUk prices ** , and it was not scanned for delivery, called them up and it was a bug.

Seems to be the case - after holding for nearly 15mins to get through to a person the chap on the line told me they don't always scan packages back out in the morning and that I should get it today - will see if he's right! (nothing yet) ...

Yeah you and me both. Returning mine for a refund. Although the 2nd unit is better its not perfect. The yellow glow/tint i can still see and i am not sure if its just me, but the longer the monitor is on the more it stands out. Also when cleaning the monitor the glow shifts about on the screen so i am not convinced. might just wait on the revision model.

I have an old belinea 10 20 35w P-MVA panel about 7 years ago and its damn good shame they dont do the panels in 27.
Mine was collected today for a refund. I could not get on with the buzzing which is a shame as the screen was perfect otherwise. I still prefer having a pair of 1080p screens and a single 1440 27" felt small and a bit restrictive for what I was doing.

I received the replacement today and if anything the BLB is worse than the first one. Here they are next to each other (1st on left):
I've set the exposure to match what I see fairly accurately. I think I'll try one more from them and then return them all and wait for a revision if the 3rd model isn't any better.
