Set 3: 32.5kg x 11 - dirty final rep
- Single arm dB press: 3 x 10 x 14kg
- Seated dB press: 3 x 10 x 14's
- Front BB raise: 3 x 10 x 10kg
(Above two SS)
- Cable side raise: 6.8kg = 12, 9. 4.5kg = 10.
- Cable face pull: 3 x 12 x 45kg
(Above two SS)
- Cable rear delt flye: 3 x 12 x 13.5kg
(Done in the weird corner cable tower thing, weights are easier despite being heavier, but the whole movement felt better so will keep doing them there if I can, might even move the side raises and co there)
Good session, felt weak as sin though, I'll, woozy head, felt like carping my pants several times, nevermind. Deadlifts tomorrow, will probably pass out.
