Will hopefully up it next week, not sure yet...It's that or try and smack out more reps, I think my shoulders respond better to higher reps, no idea if that's true mind.
I'm aiming for 5 reps on some weeks and 3 on others. Just helps me get the most of my lifts in terms of strength. They don't look that bad either

The most I'm going to on my next batch is 6, so should be interesting! Would hate to do 6 on 70+ 
as theres only two 20's
