BORs where a bit too heavy really, will look at that next week.
Deads felt heavy, should be able to do 2 sets at 160 I just felt so weak this morning, next week Think I need to push in to moving 165kg to improve my 160kg reps, considering it's all close to my 1RM it's not too bad really.
Oh indeed, I'm pretty happy with things. The last few weeks have just been me trying to keep at maintenance weights as I've been in and out of the hospital about 3 times in the last two months it's thrown my training schedule off, then I'm off for two weeks on the 2nd which is going to royally screw me over.
Nout special today, cant even remeber what I did fully, will write up tomorrow.
Shoulder had mega aids in it today, reqlly getting to me how I cant push from the bottom of the db bench setup now, its just pure pain. After my holiday I need to save up some moneys and go see a physio again or a doctor, my shoulders been crap for pretty mich two years all inclusive now and its doing my head in. To top all that off my back feels horrible lately as well.
Shoulders: OHP: bar x 10, 30kg x 5, 40kg x 1 PP: 45kg x 5, 4. 40kg x 8, 7. Arnolds: 14's x 12, 10. 12's x 12. Side raises (one arm): 8's x 15, 15, 15. Cross body Hammer Curls: 18's x 14, 16's x 14, 14's x 14. Curls: 16's x 10, 14's x 10. Reverse grip BB curl: 15kg x 15, 15, 15.
