Delvis: weight lifting log - time to conquer

**** you Wolls, you know damn well I search my own name.

Started another HST, knowing full well I wouldn't be able to complete it due to having a week interrupted by leaving here/flying home etc. Did 15s, some of 10s, then thought **** this ****, SD until I get home and then I will be homoing around this section for your arousal once more.

Back day
Deads: bar x 10, 70 x 5, 110 x 3, 140 x 1, 160 x 3, 160 x 1, 150 x 3, 150 x 3 - Lawd
BOR: 2 x 10 x 70kg - Nope
SAR S/S: 3 x 10 x 28's
Seated cable row: 3 x 16 x 45kg

Well, that was abysmal. Deadlifts felt ridiculously heavy today, they just didn't want to shift. BORs where again terrible. The single arm rows I got lower back pump for some ****** up reason.

So all in all, pretty carp really :D

Time for a holiday.

Well, back from the holiday and caight a cold instantly which knocked me for six, will be back on it next week.

Back is knackered for some reason, everything I do be it standing, walking, sitting or laying bed appears to aggravate it at the moment. Trying to get an appointment to get it smashed, id like to go see Pat but its such a trek and costs too much at the moment, hopefully in the new year.

Welcome back (ahem).

Get lifting: you will soon feel muuuuuuuuuuuch better. ;)

Mobility is low at the moment, I dont know what would help my lower lumbar in all honesty, it also feels non muscular as twisting my spine relievea some pressure.

I train my back once a week.

From my personal experience, now might be a good time to take a step back from big numbers and don't cut on mobility work.

First session back, almost three weeks off, something to ease me in.

Deads: Bar x some, 70 x 5, 90 x 5, 110 x 2, 130 x 3, 3.
Squats: Bar x some, 40 x 8, 65 x 8, 8.
RDL: 60 x 8, 65 x 8.
Inc DB Bench: 10s x 10, 14s x 10, 18s x 10, 10.
Arnolds: 12s x 10, 10s x 12.

Squats lol worthy, so, so weak on these it makes me giggle, I need to find my strongest position and just hammer it.
