I am using Aqua dock now, which I think is a rip from y'z dock... Anybody know some good backround site for the docks?

I don't know the format for the backgrounds of Aqua Dock. If it's similar to yzdock I can perhaps port over a few from yzdock that I have.

By 'docks' do you mean the icons?
If so Use PNG icons.

download tweak UI from the microsoft site and untick the recycle bin box in the desktop tab

Or just right click your desktop and uncheck Arrange Icons By> Show Desktop Icons.
