You can uninstall it via Add/remove programs afaik.

To get the taskbar on the top of the screen, just left click on it and drag it up there (make sure it's not locked first of course).

Drag the program you want to create a shortcut to, onto the dock (the left hand pane). Then right click on the icon and select Property of Dock Item

To configure the general behaviour of the dock itself, right click on it and select Settings. Just have a play with it, it's all pretty intuitive.

That seems fine but how do I change the icon? When I try to change it in Property of Dock Item it crashes. :confused:

Dunno, it works for me

Sorry I've never had a problem with it. Make sure your icons are in the icons folder, unless you're using the program's own icon (which isn't advisable as they don't scale as well as the PNGs do).

Hey DirtyDog, I cant replace the link with the new ones I d/led. I try to change the shortcut icon, which works fine but when I drag it into the Dock it goes back to the old icon. :confused:

How are you doing it exactly?

Do this:-

Drag the program .exe into the dock.
Right click on the this new icon in the dock and select Property of Dock Item.
If you want to use the original icon, click 'use system icon'
If you want to use a PNG icon (better) click 'use icons in sub folder', 'change icon' then select an icon from the ones you previously put in the icons folder.
Then fill in the Name, Link to and Work folder sections as necessary, so they point to the proper file.

That's it - does that not work?

I don't use an MSN skin specifically, I just used the MSN which comes with the Flaykite pack, and it's skinned like every other app is with Windowblinds (the Panther titlebar etc).
