Destiny 2... It's a coming!

According to https://www.wastedondestiny.com I have played 36 hours, I have a character @ 280 and all there is really left to do is the raid. However I am going to play the other classes, get more power level and play some content with my boy a bit.

So will probably end up having 80 hours played when the expansion hits. Thats not too bad for the price.

There's plenty to do in the game, I've definitely got my monies worth out of it and like not having to perma grind it,

i feel i can actually go and play other games and then pick up D2 as and when i want.

it's just lazy design having these milestones to limit progression and must be very frustrating if you play the game a lot.

I think most people who aren't trying to do prestige NF or the harder raid get to that stage, you clear your milestones and unless you've got a raid group not much left to do, getting +1 to light level maybe in a evening doesn't feel rewarding.

Raid done, prestige nightfall and all normal milestones (PVP etc) tonight :) two more chars to go through the week and I should be 305 on all chars :)

Then, its prestige raid time. Im a bit addicted to this lol

Need to get the new nightfall done.

So damn close to 280 now, currently LL279. Not completely happy with my gear but will fine tune it once I can start running the leviathan.

I'm 290 after one week, would've been higher but I was one of those guys hit by the Phenom II compatability thing. It definitely helps having people to fireteam with, the raid was a lot of fun.

Still having crashing problems :( Would love to join in some of the group stuff now I have three characters up to 275ish but when I don't know if the game is going to crash after 5 hours or 5 minutes it's a bit of a pain!

My pc never crashed for over a year. D2 I was crashing after a random amount of time, 30 mins-3hrs. Turns out I stopped the crashing by upping my cpu voltage 2 notches. 1 notch wasn't enough. Turns out my cpu wasn't 100% stable. I can pass prime, itb etc never had a crash for a year. Put destiny 2 on, crashed about 10 times over a few days I was troubleshooting.

Prestige nightfall was a good challenge this week, glad we got it done, great run in the end!

Hit 290 last night after milestones and engrams opened, Need to start farming glimmer back as leveling I was just under the cap constantly but now I'm down to 500 with upgrading gear.

Got Sins of the Past back from the clan raid engram which was a nice bonus.

If anyone is wanting to run through the Nightfall strike I've put an invite up on the100.io group page for 10pm Friday night. I haven't done any Nightfalls so far so a level of sherpa'ing may be required.

You'll be fine, this weeks for us was harder than last weeks as the bits you need to shoot for time can be hidden fairly well and there's quite a few ogres to deal with.

58 hours in me , and i have done the Leviathan Raid with a pick me up group , im power 283 ish. Playing a warlock at the moment.

Like I said last week the problem for me isn't the grind but the lack of feeling stronger once you do get that +1

I tried the raid and honestly it was more frustration and boredom than enjoyment

I don't see how the game can last when it offers no feeling of progression (you do as much damage and take as many hits whether your light is 1 or 301) and the gameplay itself is not challenging but instead frustrating and demoralising (the raid "save" points are literal cancer) or just too easy you could probably play with your feet

How are ppl getting their alts power levelled in couple of hours from here? started a hunter and having to play through the campaign at a normal pace other than I have a ship for getting around maps quick? currently level 8 and needing some blue weapon drops so I can boost them to 280+ from gear my titan dropped but other than that and the xp emblems am I missing something obvious?

Leveling is faster as you can use the volt to store strong weapons but it still takes time. I have leveled 3 now to 280+ and the last one took about 6 hours, maybe more? Also you can get collector items from the volt that are 205 but you need to be level 16. I went from level 15 to 18 in about 5 mins just by doing public events so that's a good level booster.
