Destiny 2... It's a coming!

So back from a few weeks away.. spent the last 2 days grinding up but pretty much stuck at power level 269. Im guessing its time to do some nightfalls ?

I did try with the looking for group bungie site and my god what a cluster f£ck that is lol.
 
trying nightfall on the guide thing. I only have an power level of 269. I get that its a speed run but so many of these guys are trying to skip mobs then just die. It doesn't work without comms.... im getting moaned at loads about my low power level until that end screen comes up with stats lol.

Just bad players tbh, yeah its timed but that's what the time anomalies are for. They give you 30 seconds every time you destroy one. Plus it tells you when you're near one and can hear them if you got a headset on.

Enemies hit to hard to run through like that.

I was only 270 light and we manage to finish it with 53 seconds to go and we killed everything lol

lol tell me about it im the only one doing the anomalies its crazy... oh well i think i ill have to start getting sociable again and do it with the ocuk guys :)
 
It's a good nightfall though. Took us 2 attempts tonight. First one we got into the boss room with 1 minute to spare. But when we cleared it we had 4:30 on the clock.

Wardcliff Coil worked wonders against those Boomers.
 
NF is hard and easy at he same time this week. I recommend watching a youtube video to see where all the anomalies are as these are well hidden, there are at least 26 of them (a video that I have seen). Just stick together, use scout rifles and other long range weapons to kill everything from distance, you can hardly skip any mobs and to be honest it's not worth it as it's easy to die as they shoot from behind you. I did 2 NF with 5min+ remaining and one with only like 2min remaining. It's not hard if you follow my advise above.
 
Had my first ever hard lock last night since the game came out. Other people I play with get it from time to time but until last night I've been all good.
 
There is a cheese you can do at the start which if struggling makes it a bit easier.

My top tip would be to focus group fire on the knights once their shield is down. Trying to take them on solo took too much time, in my opinion
 
well got nightfall done last night in a pub group. Was interesting as i had tried 3 times before with guys that were 295 power and above... it was shocking each time. Last attempt i think the top power level was 273 and we did it with minutes to spare.. Sure makes a difference when people know about the anomalies and don't just feel the need to try and rush through the mobs without killing anything.
