Destiny 2

Yeah not great if true tbh.

Hopefully it will be a marked improvement on the absolutely dire CoO (not exactly a challenge..). So much missed potential!

EDIT: On the plus side I now have a second PS4 Pro for upstairs, replacing an OG PS4. Now I won't have to "slum" it when running with the Mrs (although she still gets the 4K TV).

I haven't been on the game for a while (been playing Doom & FC5 on the Xbone-X) but might have to dire it up to see how long I last before getting bored.. :o

Why is my equipped helmet not showing on my character? When I view the helmet details in the character screen it shows as it's on, but exiting that screen it reverts to the standard helmet? I see lots of players with the custom styles what is going on?

Edit: Just got a new helm, equipped it and put a shader on and it shows up, as the equipped one finally. No idea what I did right!

My mistake.. it was my Titans face, I had helms show OFF in public areas.. all this time!

I think my Warlock and hunter are 330+ (IIRC my Warlock is 334 as I never got better boots) but my Titan is level, er, 16 ish... lol.

I should probably grind out a few shards and tokens in case there is anything worth buying.

I did my first "capture the zone" match last night as much as I detest PvP but didn't count towards the iron crucible/iron banner whatever milestone for season two rewards. What am I doing wrong there? I need 30 matches.

Only Iron banner itself counts towards that. Iron banner only runs at specific times thus a normal crucible match (even if it is the same game mode) won't count.

Ok thanks. One more thing I need to do Strikes, Nightfall etc but never team up with randoms. I even entered the Leviathan and the other raid solo, how do I team with randoms?

Normal strikes (anything that isn't a NF) should have matchmaking thus teaming us as standard.

NF doesn't have default Matchmaking but you can use the hopeless "guided games" to do a similar thing (I would ask on here though tbh).

The Raid is the same as the NF in this sense.

Feel free to add me if you want to run through some stuff. I am sure some of the other guys will be happy to help with the new DLC coming.

Will do thanks, I have no mic though. That's the only drawback. I rarely PVP in any game.

For Strikes and the NF a mic isn”t necessary, although you are missing out on a lot of fun with the banter that normally goes on in parties. For the raid I would say that a mic is a necessity, without communication and coordination the raid would be near impossible.

Yeah that might be an idea... :D

I jumped on last night to get my milestone done (forever 334... *sigh*) and got the mother ******* Aeon Soul gauntlets again..... FFS Bungo...

For my me it’s helms, never chest pieces always helms. Did one strike with one guy who had everything possible upgraded with masterworks, that’s some serious dedication.
