I've completed the raid properly 5 times now on hard, I've also cleared Atheon from check points on about another 3 occasions and I just can't get the mythoclast to drop :(


I've had 3 legendary loading screens, three helmets , but no other hard specific loot. The fate bringer and time peace are equally elusive :(

I want a helmet so I can wear my Sunbreakers for my level 30!

Other than that, it's just the hope to collect all Raid weapons. Need Timepiece, Foil and Mytho.

Anyone, fancy raiding tomorrow evening?
All three are now raid ready, only 1 for Hard mode tho.

Realistically you want to be level 27 to run the raid on normal. At level 26 you will be fine at the beginning but will really struggle on the latter stages.

That said it is technically possible, however I would say the rest of the team need to be level 28 or above to make up for the fact you are doing less damage (this has nothing to do with your skill level - you simply won't be doing enough damage per shot/second).

The mytho is overhyped and runs out of ammo too quick. Timepiece looks rubbish stats wise so i'm not fussed about that one. The foil is brilliant though! Foil, vision and fatebringer are the best items from the raid. All work great and dont take up an exotic slot. The one shot oracle kill with the foil makes life so easy as well. It means the relic holder and the other transportee can kill the ads while one person does the oracles, its almost laughable how easy it is! Fatebringer isnt maxed yet for me but the exploding enemies is great and it feel pretty powerful with only one damage upgrade.

Yeah I would be up for that. Level 29 Warlock (in white with Pigtails..... they are important dammit! :mad::p)

Wednesday would be better as I am planning to multi run the NF tommorow night (Tuesday).

EDIT: I will ask if Piphal is up for it as well (Level 28/29 Titan with VoC).

EDIT 2: Piphal can't do Wednesday but he is available Thursday. I can do any evening (bar Tuesday). :)

I just want the guns as part of my 'collection' :p

I have VoC, so I'm in the process of levelling it up for my Warlock.
My hunter has the Fatebringer and my god, it's awesome in PvE. The exploding ammo isn't great as you lose the ability of firefly (exploding on crit kill).

I would love the foil for my Titan, he lacks Fusion Rifle.

As for Hard Mode tomorrow at 8pm, I am up for it but this week is my 21:45 pick up missus duty, so if you have more players up for it, put me on reserve as it won't be fair for the team to wait 20mins (not Kris' version of 20mins, mind) if we "over run".

Last Hard Mode did only run for 1:35hrs though, no Atheon glitch!

Oi, cheeky bugger! :p That was entirely out of my control, the traffic was awful (and the que at kfc drive through was big :eek:). Didn't know exploding rounds stopped firefly, that sucks. :(

Haha! What happens in the raid, stays in the raid, but unfortunately it happened before :p

And yes, I believe it stops firefly or makes it harder to achieve.
I was trying it out for about 20mins and did not get a single crit explosion. I get the crit yellow hit but the smaller secondary hit from the explosion kills the target, so no firefly explosion.

Sticking with field scout, can never have enough primary, especially in Raid!

As for 19:30 start, that would be grand! :)

Level 27 is possible, I did it with my Titan Defender, just be mindful and don't rush into enemies. Relic duties shouldn't be yours either, tried it as I'm experience with it, not enough DPS to take out Pretaurian quick enough or even Hobgoblins during Atheon random teleport.

Remember to bring a fully levelled weapon to VoG, makes a big difference, especially shooting Oracles and Supplicants.

When I head shot with the explosive rounds on it still has the firefly effect, so you can double up on arc explosion goodness! all I've noticed it doing is reducing the damage per bullet, which it says it does anyway.

I'm not sure if the firefly works on all types of enemies though. I don't think it works on harpies/supplicants.
