I didn't get it at all in my test, but I did only test it on Vex and Cabal. Goblins / Hobgoblins crit points along with Cabal's head. Maybe the explosion damage I get keeps killing them rather than the actual crit shot?
After tomorrow I will be doing attempt number 13, 14 and 15 trying to get the fate bringer and I'm pretty much getting to the point where I'm losing interest, that and the raid is more frustrating then fun right now with all the bugs and glitches that can happen. I don't even bother with Atheon on hard right now and I just stop once I've got the chest down before the gorgons labyrinth, since it isn't worth the headache of failing the Atheon fight again and again because something didn't work as it should have, just to be rewarded with a shader and some shards.
Hopefully with the next patch they won't "fix" the Templar glitch and break 3 times as many other things in the process, by all means stop it being pushed off, but if it causes more issues as a result I'm pretty much done with it after that.

Wednesday would be better as I am planning to multi run the NF tommorow night (Tuesday).

Yeah that's right, new Iron Banner gear can get you to level 30 as well. So that's an alternate route if you enjoy the crucible.
You can get rewards once per character, per week, on each difficulty. However, if you do hard mode before normal you'll get double reward drops on each checkpoint - once for normal and once for hard. They both come from the hard mode loot table as well I believe.

Q1 - Level 3 you need 3 Raid + Exotic or all 4 Raid. Chest, Gauntlets and boots all will drop in normal raid, helmet is only possible in hard. That is why it is best to get an exotic helmet if you can.
Q2 - You get nothing.

I have only done hard once and got helmet and Mythoclast which was very very lucky. Technically I only need boots as I have raid helmet and gauntlets and bought chest off Xur over the weekend but wouldn't mind doubles off eveything to save swapping armour between characters.

I'm considering running the normal mode a couple of times back to back this week. Bit jaded with hard and all the Atheon bugs and just like to get the raid done in one sitting than to hope people will turn up to finish it...
