Jump and hit R2, it slams the ground and never misses if its on target, the relic holder doesn't need help if they know what they're doing since there is no danger from harpies because as I said they only damage you take is when they stop to shoot and then they won't move, the Templar won't shoot you if you stay out of it's line of sight and oracles are simple as well, the 5 up top deal with the front 5 and the relic holder handles the back 2.

Also if you do have a brown trouser moment just pop the cleanse shield and it absorbs the damage.

Cool, I'll try that. I wasn't actually the relic holder but I had a play around once we'd called it quits to see how hard it was to kill the Oracles with the relic. I don't think I tried the ground slam though.

Really, I should stick to normal. All the loot I want now is available on normal mode (boots, Epilogue, and Corrective Measure) and I'm probably harming my chances of getting them as I'm throwing the hard loot items into the RNG mix by doing hard mode :rolleyes:
 
I'd rather just do 3 hard raids per week now and bang them out one after another in less then one hour each, but I struggle to get into hard raids as my hunter with decent random groups because they all demand the crutch known as self revive, my titan is under leveled too so that's a 2nd character I can't take along and I find playing as a Warlock in the raid boring now so it just sucks any enthusiasm out of doing a hard raid now.

Its sad as hunters are great in the last stages of the HM if used correctly IE killing Praetorians with golden gun, running to get the relic on Mars, killing supplicants etc.

Same here. You can also open the chest in the gorgon maze (the cool random exotic one) twice if you do normal mode first. I believe its the only one you can open twice. Once in normal and again in hard, unless you do hard mode first.

We've got a normal run planned, although a few of the people on the list (myself included) failed to complete the hard run last night, so I'm not sure if they'd rather finish that off instead. I'm not fussed either way.

Difficulty: Normal

I did notice you had that set up for tonight but I thought it was full so I didn't mention it :p. Yeah I'll hop in if there's room, but no worries if you want to finish HM instead. I think all my items are on the 30 so I'd probably be using that.

How far did you get last night? Templar sounds like fun judging by what I've read :D

I think I would prefer to go for the normal for a slightly less stressful evening! If we did get through it quickly I wouldn't mind running it again with my warlock as well.

Can you put me down as a reserve for the normal run on xbox one tonight? I've never done a raid before so if a space opens up and you don't mind a newbie coming along then it will be great to see what a raid is actually about.
