WAT

sword bridge is stupidly hard if a) your max lvl is 30 and b) you're going in blind. took us ages to do XD

next area = lvl 32 "yellow named" mobs = anything but easy for lvl 30's O.o

For the fact it could be done kinda shows how easy it is both blind and underleveled - we did the whole raid up until the final boss within an hour the following day so yeah easy isnt that far off in reality in comparison to the final boss...

I find cheesing unecessary and takes an age to do. Just have one warlock in the group and camp in the entry corridor. Much easier to shoot the boss and no need for ammo packs due to the easy kill thralls.
 
I joined a group from destiny lfg and we managed to get up to the part with the wizards. Sadly they just continued to die over and over but I did manage to get the boots so that's a plus.

Do we have any groups running the raid tomorrow or this weekend on the ps4? I'd like to do a fresh run with me alt if my connection holds up.
 
Sorry got kicked off with an error at the end, still had a self revive as well. Not that it would have done much good with 20+ knights. By the time it let me back it was all over. At least we made progress though.

Has anyone got much decent loot from the Raid so far? I've not received anything amazing yet, but managed to get boots, Shroud of Flies cloak, 5 shards and 5 energy.
 
Guys I am going to have step aside from the raids going on this evening (VoG & CE) as I can't guarantee my availability. I may be on but don't want to have to drop out mid raid. :(

Please can you give my place to the reserves. Real sorry chaps.

I will still have the bridge checkpoint so if anyone wants to raid again before the reset let me know. I plan to be on at the weekend.

I picked up Suros Regime exotic auto rifle, some gauntlets, some shards and some energy - possible beginners luck! :p

Thats why we waited like we did, and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then I found out he had done this lots previously. Maybe he has reasons, and I don't take things personally, I would just not choose to play with him again.

Nope.

We have a crota checkpoint, but tried all night wednesday without success.

We've done some more reading and will tackle it again tonight !

To be honest, you're heading for failure with that lineup. Invigorate (the people who completed it first) said in the bungie weekly update that they managed to get it perfect every time and couldn't beat the enrage timer with all 30s. They said that the only way to beat Crota is with 1 person in your fireteam to be level 31.

The end of round screenshot showed some of them at 29, but that was because they swapped out their newly obtained raid armor at the end of the round. They were all 30s at the start of the raid.

Like I said I may be around but I didn't want to leave you guys standing if I had to shoot.

GL getting across the bridge. Without a 31 (working on that) I doubt you will beat Crota but no doubt you will give him hell!
