That's what used to work for the 360. Sadly the voice doesn't come through on recordings/streams on the XB1. A lot of streamers have complained about it.

Ah ok, well that seems to be a major oversight :/

It's something to do with privacy no doubt. In-game chat works on stream as far as I know, but party chat does not.

I can't tell if some people are just awesome at this game or they simply have the best gear and weapons. I'm sure its a bit of both but the people who do the best tend to have the best guns.
