*** Destiny Raid & PvP discussion thread ***

Agreed on the points on raid length been random. I had a quick run on hard from start to finish, then 2 hours on Oryx with repeated failure. Gave up, tried a different LFG group lastnight and did it in the first run. Ogres do impose some luck, in the sense of where they drop the bombs.

I got all excited when I seen a helmet drop at Orxy Hard lastnight - turned out it was a 302 from the normal loot table.

I really want a 310+ helmet so I can ditch my exotic, in anticipation of running an armatarium Y2 chest.

go on then - stick me down. Will have either my hunter @ 311 or will try to sneak my 306 warlock in unless Venom notices - shhhhhh ;)

I'm assuming 8-ish start again?
 
How is the TTK as an expansion? I was addicted to Destiny for several months had all my toons up to 32 and then 34 but once the HoW expansion came out I found PoE pretty underwhelming and fell out of love with the game. Also my the arrival of my 980Ti made my PS4 pretty much a second class citizen when I wanted to play games.

Now I have that raid itch again and I want to start playing with my guardians again.

Is the latest expansion worth it? How far behind will I be everyone else if I'm only level 34. I think I'm ready to commit my life to the grind again. I've been missing my Fatebringer, Hawkmoon, VoC and Jellyhorn.

My friend works at sony and his totally gonna ban you for hacking.

Just a small FYI my internet may be down but I'll play over 4G if that happens. I've done ToO with it once before and it seemed too work fine.
 
Good run last night guys....even with the mysterious disappearing bombs on Oryx.

Still no helmet....but I did get the 320 chest with void armour and sniper ammo on my hunter :)

Fresh run for tuesday, usual suspects?

Count me in - Was busy last week getting my alts up to 310 - mission accomplished, thanks for bearing with me chaps!
