Yes, just nailed Dante on Devil Bringer mode. Felt like the fight went on for hours with both sides dodging consistantly!

The demo is rather limited really and very button mashy, expect a lot more depth from the final game, I haven't finished DMC4 yet, but so far it's topped Ninja Gaiden for me (which I also loved) but still doesn't come close to GoW.
I assumed this was the case, it is the same thing that happened in the DMC1 demo. Basically they throw you up against one of the bosses a good portion into the game but only with the default skillset.
I remember struggling to mash the spider in the DMC1 demo, but when i got the full game by the time i had gotten to that point i had umpteen new moves to woop him with.

Picked this up today, was only £20 so thought BARGAIN!!!
...havent played any of the DMC games before so this is a first time for me. But played with the demo a few weeks ago and it impressed me enough to go and buy it today...was waiting for it to drop in price as i didnt want to spend £40 on it.
First impressions so far are...awesome graphics...very smooth. Obviously just started the game a few hrs ago so only got to my 2nd mission but im enjoying it quite a bit though...so far so good.

I think it's used for the gunslinger special move (with Pandora), where he goes in that big flying rocket turret thing. If you got full disaster gauge you can unload all the rockets.

Man this a good game
Really enjoyed this game, i loved DMC3. But playing this one reminds me of the first game and how much i loved that one. I played the first one through on all difficulties, so going to try and do the same with this one, although i can see Dante Must Die mode giving me a right royal shafting.

Local high st shop....cant say the name i dont think but im sure you will know which one...mind it was a pre-owned one but looking at it...it dont look pre-owned.
I found Credos pretty easy much like all the other bosses but **** me that Dante is a right bugger to kill...i must have had about 6 goes and out of them 6 i had him on his last health level but then the idiot managed to kill me
. I swear though everytime i start the fight...its either pretty easy to get his health down or sometimes its pretty hard as he comes at you pretty hard. The AI leaves a lot to be desired for, so far hes the hardest boss to beat...at the moment my hands and fingers are killing me so im gonna give it a rest tonight...my hands are going to be pretty sore tommorrow...its all them combo moves plus i think i just havent got the right skills...so it will be a miracle if i beat Dante...if i cant beat him by tommorrow then i know im going to lose interest in the game so will probably forget about it and trade it in...i just cant be arsed to finish a game that makes it near impossible for you to do it...I love this game and I love the chessy acting!!!. The Grace and style of this game had me hooked. Finished it in human mode yesterday morning and looking forward to playing it again on harder settings.
I have problems tho playing with Dante and geting his combo meter up often its just flukes. Nero pretty easy to get up to smoking.

Games a pile of stinking **** tbh, its near impossible to beat that ****er Dante...been trying for most of the night but its near impossible..
Well thats it for me, no point in playing a game where it gets near difficult to beat a boss...plus tbh i was getting bored of the same ole **** time and time again...people said Assassins Creed was repetitive...this game is just as bad.
Oh well tommorrow it goes back for a trade in...see what else catches my eye in the store but i seriously cannot be arsed with this game anymore.
